Our site uses both Element Manager and the console to make changes to phone sets.
We are finding when changes are made to the console these aren't replicated to
element manager. We know that if we do a retrieve, this resolves the inconsistency
but is there any way to automate the retrieve based on a pre-determine schedule
(e.g. every Friday)
