If there is a better forum for me to post, please make a suggestion...

I would like to download exactly one file from the following LIST:

-AR-------TCP B cduser 198130 1910913 Sep 02 16:22 file32.dat
-AR-------TCP B cduser 162679 4434363 Sep 03 15:17 file32.dat
-AR-------TCP B cduser 172889 923282 Sep 04 15:32 file32.dat
Total number of batches listed: 3

'226 Transfer complete.'

If I RETR file32.dat then I get a single file with contents from all three files listed (Sep 2, 3, 4). How can I distinguish between them so I pull only one file?

And what is the term for the different instances (198130, 162679, 172889)? Are they different 'versions', 'batches' or ??

Any help or additional info to help me dig up an answer is welcome - Thanks!
