I am in the process of generating a retention report that will pull employees look at employees in a particular jobcode during a specifed range. Any ideas on the best way to pull that data?

HI RptAnalyst
Do you have a TurnOver report? calculating turnover is easier than retention. (At least in my experience) Once you have that subtract from 100 and you have retention.
