Retain XP profiles during W2k3 Domain Swap

Hello, I need to swap a small segment of our corporate network from a standalone internal domain to the main company domain. The problem is that I need to retain the XP Profiles on each workstation created under the old domain eg, Desktop, Favorites etc. Which is the best way of achieving this? My aim is to swap domains whilst the user is subjected to minimum change.

Thanks Sniper, I was aiming for a low tech solution. I would like to transfer as much of the profile created on each work station in Docs and Settings. Can i superimpose the old on the new?

Thats a bunch of manual work to do what the ADMT automates.
