Retain View Column Sort Not Working

Hello,

Using Lotus Notes Client 5.0.8 and the retain view column sort doesn't work.

I've searched for some support information and only found it may be related to it happening after the password information is cleared/needs to be re-entered.

This is not the case. Also there is not lock id time indicated.

Totally stuck, can anyone please help??
