Is there a way in Symposium Express 4.2 to restrict a skillset to specific sets?
We have a skill set that is assigned to several agents but they are only supposed to get calls for that skillset when they are at two stations. If they are working any other stations they are doing different jobs and should not be recieving calls.
I have suggested we remove the number for that CDN from symposium and make it an MCR on those two phone sets it would achieve the goal of that number ringing on those two phones. But they still want it in symposium so they can run reports.
Any ideas?
