Restricting Website Access 1

Hi All!
Can anyone suggest the most efficent way to block porn websites? I work for a very small gym that has 6 computers for their members to use. Is there a good software or should I create a proxy server? If I create a proxy server, how in the world do you add all the tons of websites out there to block? We use XP pro and FireFox 1.0

Your best bet is probably to buy NetNanny or CyberSitter. They regularly update their lists just like virus definition lists.
