Hi;

In Exchange 5.5., is it possible to restrict the size of a person's mailbox resource folder?

Can you force them to archive stored e-mail prior to be allowed to re-use their mailbox?

Thanks

In the recipients folder of Exchange admin you can select the users and set a max size. You can also browse the sizes of boxes (including sorting by size). You cannot force archiving via Exchange but may be able to use a login script to change the archive options. Probably not though.
