Restricting Query Refresh in Business Objects Webi

Hello,

We're using BOE XI R2 webi - I have a report made up of 8 queries/report tabs (1 summary, 7 details) - I need to allow the user to select to refresh the Summary tab or all tabs - I know unselecting the 'Refresh on Open' option affects the whole report I also know that in edit mode I can use the refresh all with the little dropdown to select a single query or all but the users do not and will not have the edit options. I'm open to solutions involving the Universe, Webi Report or CMC permissions

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Each query (under query properties) can be set to refreshable or not. Just play with that feature.
