Restricting Phone Calls 1

Hello all,

I just got a request from a county prison to have two phones that are closer to inmates to only work if there is a code to use the phone so that the inmates aren't making calls.

I suggested that the phones be logged out when not in use but they would like something along the lines of after dialing out having some kind of code to complete the dial.

Is this something that exists? If so, I'm assuming it may be some kind of shortcode that may need to be created and enabled.

They only want this feature of two phones so can this be performed on a per-phone basis?

Depends on the model of phone, but I would be looking at setting the user to outbound call bar and another user with associated authorisation code that can be used to override.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
