We, unfortunately, have a situation where a user will be let go but may be allowed to stay on for a few days to finish out the month. I'm worried about the possibility of this person sending out destructive e-mails to people in our address book. Is there any way to restrict the use or require someone else to authorize the mail actually leaving the building??

GWIA class of service could be used to block outgoing internet messages. You can't block internal messages, though.

Hi

You could try creating a RULE. Basically, anything he/she sends gets CC'd to you. Send to you, too.

If they know their way around, they could turn the RULE off though.

Good Luck
