restricting long distant calls

It has been awhile sense I have done this, can anyone refresh my memory on how to restrict all long distance calls on a cics system. Also I would like to allow long distance calls if a person has the right auth. code.

Build a restriction filter that denies dialing 1 as a first digit and assign this filter to all restricted extensions.

To allow dialing with a password you must build COS passwords that allow the use of an unrestricted filter for a call. Use F68 to dial from a restricted extension.

You might want to add an override to allow Toll Free numbers.
