restricting internet access

I Hope i am in the right place.

My MD has asked the following,
requested that Alex, Jon and Andy DO NOT have access to internet until further notice can you please arrange this.
Is this possible, as they still need access to email,files and profiles on the server.

If they are using single PC's take down the IP addresses of the PC's and block Port 80/443 from those IP's at the router. If your using group policy's and they use multiple PC's put a group policy inplace FORCING them to use duff proxy settings like: proxy123 on port 12345. Make sure you force these settings and IE wont be able to connect.
