Restricting Input Using ASC

I want to restrict input to an input box to the numbers 0 through 49. Any suggestions how I would attempt this. If an unacceptable entry is made I would like the box cleared and a message box to reveal acceptable entries (0 - 49) before another attempt is made. Is using ASC the best way to attempt this? Any suggestions?

Which control are u using ??
U can check in the keypress event if u are using a Text Box.
