Restricting in-coming emails from the Internet

don't know if this helps, but i had a few people mailing me all too often, so i created an agent that scanned my incomming mail and then automatically deleted it.
create> agent
when should agent run>when new mail arrives
add action> delete from database
add search> "the name of the mail/person you want to delete"
enjoy!
