Restricting folder qouta in Linux

i have to set quota of 2 mb for directory in linux.
i am preparing PWP site so i want to restrict the users for specific quota of MB.
can u please help me regarding the problem,

First make sure that quotas are implemented in your kernel not all have.

Then checkout 'man edquota' for info on manipulating quotas.
