Hello,,
Here is my scenario, I have a conference bridge which has a hunt group for it's extension. I would like to "hide" the extension number from the general users at my company, or block all users from being able to access it from their phones and have to transfered into the bridge by the receptionist. Is it possible to do? Thanks for your help

You can do this by restricting the COR from normal users to call the group/group-members.
Assign a special (newly created) COR to the group and it's members (make it a copy of what you use now for the excisting COR of the group and it's members), and change all user COR's so they can't call the new COR (and thus not the group or it's members). You can do this on page 3 (depends on your Definity SW version) : Calling Permissions, of the COR form (change cor xx). Make it so that all normal station COR's are not allowed to call the group COR, so there's all Y(es)'s, except for the newly created COR.

If the attendants should be able to call the group, give them a COR not used by normal stations, and allow this COR to call the group's COR.

I hope it's a little clear, because there's a lot of COR in my story :)

Cheers,
Nico
