Restricting Data in A list Box

I need to restrict the data in a list box depending on what is selected in another list box and having it update in real time without the need for a subform.
List box names are: lstAvailable and lstPartner.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
On the lstAvailable combo/list on afther update insert the following:
me!lstPartner.recordsource="Select * From YrTbl Where PartnetID=" & me!lstAvailable

Unfortunately, didn't work, any ideas?

Not Recordsource, but rowsource SRY [sadeyes]
