Hi,

Is it possible to limit bandwidth that apache can use for it's http connections? Or should I be managing this limitation from some other point?

I'm running apache on a RH5.2 box.

Thanks in advance,
I don't know about within Apache, but there are several bandwidth managers available for outside the server. I'm not talking about just traffic shaping that can be done on L3 switches & routers, but boxes capable of class-based queuing. Take a look at Xedia and Amplify.Net's product offerings and there are some good white papers on the subject too.
