Restricting attribute minimum length

I know when extending an ldap schema you can add a maximum length to the attribute value. However you can still add a attribute value less than say 32, but cannot exceed it. We are needing to force our attribute value to be exactly 32 characters, no more and no less. We have an issue where the developers will not input the correct value which causes major issues. I am reading the RFCs and cannot seem to find a way.
