The network I am currently working with wishes to give unlimited internet access to only a few hostsand allow no access to anyone else. I feel the simplest way to do this would be to restrict access to the outside port on the PIX which would be easy if it had a static ip address, however it is a DHCP client and has no static IP.

Thanks in advance for any sigestions

Sorry, but you cannot do restrictions on physical port basis, and also restricting traffic to the address of the pix won't restrict internet traffic. You will need to use an acl the permits all the hosts from inside that you wan't to access the internet and deny everything else.
