Press return, it may error if Rsh is not defined in /etc/security/login.cfg in the defined shells. If it does it just needs to be added to the list, comma delimited.

I tride your suggestion, but every time I log in as the user it gives me the following error message and disconnects me from the system.

You are not allowed to modify environment variables, iirc. You need to set that in /etc/environment or somewhere outside that user's shell. IBM Certified -- AIX 4.3 Obfuscation
