Restricted Outlook Client - Avaya CM6

Does anybody know where the temporary files are located for this software. We have an issue where on a PC if a user logs in using one account it does not work but another temporary account does. I want to try and locate the temporary files so i can delete them so it thinks its a fresh install.

i.e removing persist.dat on ASA


Remove & Reinstall does not fix the issue.

Check the registry. start, run, regedit. Delete the Avaya folders in there.

tried it with revo uninstaller

starting to think this is more like a AD login issue
