restricted colour depth

Hi,

I've re-installed my MetaFrame 1.8 for Windows 2000 terminal server. Since the re-installation my clients can't get more than 256 colours on their screen. I've installed SP2/FR1 for MetaFrame and the clients all have the latest citrix MetaFrame client. I've set the colour depth on the client to high color (16-bits).
Can anyone help me with this?

It sounds like the FR1 license isn't activated - that would definitely cause this to happen.

FR1 is activated. I've checked that before
