Thanks to all. When our switchboard operator puts calls through to an extension that has forwarded their calls to an outside number, the system displys "Restricted Call" and will not allow us to put the call to the DID and let the system forward the call. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can fix this problem?
BTW, when I put our system on Ringins Services the calls transfer fine.
