Restricted Access to Internet Options Menu

IE is my default browser. I recently tried to change my internet home page. When I attemted to access the Internet Options menu I received the following message:

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

I cannot recall modifying any settings that would otherwise deny me access to the Internet Options menu.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Run regedit and search for NoBrowserOptions. If found change the Dword value to 0
