Restricted access on Linux Server

I want to create a restricted access to users who came to my site in a certain time period. I have their E-Mail addresses and want to create a login screen where they type their E-Mail address and then if that matches the E-Mail addresses I have then they are allowed to view the particular page.
I am wondering if this is possible in Frontpage 2002 running on a Linux Server with apache.

There is nothing built into FP that will handle this for you. You would need a 3rd party login solution for something like this.
