restrict website access

I have a remote site with 5 PC's. 4 of them will have unrestricted internet access. One of the Pc's needs to be limited so that only one website can be accessed.
All 5 Pc's go throught one router over ADSL to connect to the net and my network.
There are around 10 users who use the PC which needs to be restricted who all have their own log in ID's

Can someone please let me know the easist way I can restrict the Internet access this PC has.

You can lock IE to a single web site by changing the info for the proxy server of the one machine. You can read all the details and see if this solves your problem here:
