Restrict User to only access one Sage company 1

Is there a way we can restrict users from selecting the wrong company at the point of login ?

Also, we recently imported some new users authentication and realize that even though it was stated that user1 should only have access to SAMINC they have access to SAMLTD as well.

Any idea why /
