Hi,

I'm trying to restrict tenant 2 from accessing 411. Form 26 (shown below) has COR #8 to restrict 411 along with 0, but it will also allow for long distance calls which I don't want to enable. Could someone please help me to straighten this out.

COR GROUP³ COR GROUP MEMBERS (SEPARATE WITH SPACES) ³ COMMENTS

There you go, all straightened out [jester2]

In all seriousness, we cannot answer this question using this information

We need to know what COR group governs all of the routes you want to restrict

In form 26, what Route is assigned to each dialing pattern:
[pre]
411
0+
1+
Anything else you want to restrict
[/pre]

In form 23 What COR Group is assigned to each of those Routes?

PS. Don't cut and paste unless you know how to format. Take the time to do it right so that it can be read. Use the preview button to see what it looks like.
If I can't read it, I won't be answering.

kwbMitel, Thank you for re-formatting the mess paste, I did not know that the format will change after I submit the post. By the way, that paste was for Form 20 not 26.

here are images of forms 26 and 23

Thanks again for taking the time to assist.

Need the show stings from form 26, not the leading digits.

Also, you need to specific what strings you want to restrict

Im want to restrict String 4.

I am not by any means confident that you are providing ALL of the information.

I need to know ALL of the Strings and ALL of the routes.

The best guess with what you have provided and to try and allow you to understand how this works

411 on your system goes out Route 10
Route 10 is governed by COR Group 8
COR Group 8 has Cors 1-4 and 13 as Members

This means that if the phone is assigned 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 13, it cannot dial 411

Now, if the ONLY thing you want to restrict is 411, not 0+, not 1+, Not Overseas then you simply need to assign an unused COR member to COR group 8 and assign that member to the phone in question. Based on the information you've provided, it looks like Cor 6 is a candidate.

If you DO intend to make other restrictions that I have repeatedly asked you to provide, then you would add Cor 6 to the appropriate COR Groups that govern those routes/strings.

Good luck

Thank you! that clarified the idea.
