Installing new SX200 AX...customer currently has a phone system with three specific park zones programmed on their phones. They want the current arrangement emulated on the new system. I have programmed three specific orbits on each 5340 phone and it works well.

The problem appear to be the console. When we press the Park & Page key on the 5540 Console, it appears to park the next higher orbit than the last one parked, which quickly gets above the three orbits assigned to the phone. How can I restrict the parking to three orbits?

You can't when parking using the feature code.

The ones on the phones work because they are addressed to specific orbits.

Otherwise they too would cycle through 25 available slots.

You cannot designate which park orbit to use from a console.

When reading the folio it said the console can park to specific orbits using System Park softkey (which I didn't have) but I couldn't figure out how. Called Mitel and System Option 129 (Park & Page) was enabled. Disabling this option allowed the System Park on the softkey. It now asks which orbit I want to park to...awesome!
