restrict outward dialing

hi i am using CallPilot Manager version 02.01.27.05. I want to restrict the ability for calls to be from callpilot out to the PSTN both local and international. How do i do this, i suspect i am experiencing toll fraud.

In CallPilot Manager go to 'Messaging', 'Restriction Permission Lists' to setup restrictions.
You can also restrict the voicemail ports (TN in the PBX) via prompts NCOS, CLS=TLD, SGRP.
