I've looked through other threads but could not find a solution to my problem so sorry if this has already been addressed. What is the best way to restrict specific agents from calling out to certain area codes? I don't think it can be done in symposium, so it would have to be in the switch and phoneset. But what do I know? I'm the one asking the question. The restriction would be applied only to the agents that need to be restricted.

I'm kinda new to this so you may have to explain a little more than the regular 'just create a new NCOS in LD NN' answer.

Biskad, this is all about phoneset programming and NARS/BAR. Depending on your system design, this sounds like a FCAS programming deal. Yes, it can be done, but it does involve a broader view of how your PBX is programmed and specific skillsets. In other words, it is not a casual change; this may be more of a call routing system design depending on what you have.

My suggestion is that you contact your vendor for this.

Thanks for the reply; I was hoping it was something that I could do myself.
