Restrict Long distance on Pri Lines

I want to restrict user's from calling long distance on the pri lines on a BCM 400 3.7. I want them to use long distance on voip lines that I have coming through analog. I see how to add filters for analog lines but can't find how to add restrictions for the pri.

Set your routes/destination codes to point the LD calls over the VOIP lines. No real need for restriction filters if you do it that way.
