Restrict LD calls with a code

This client already have two access codes to restrict LD calls and is requesting another code. All users dials a LD number then hears a beep, they then enter a 3 digit code to complete the call. I want to add another code.
How is this done? Thanks

It sounds to me like the access codes are provided and controlled by the long distance carrier, not the PBX.
