I have set up a few stations on our Avaya CM 5.2 with the option "Restrict Last Appearance" set to yes. They have been given 3 line appearances. They have a Cover Path set on Busy/No Reply/All to take callers to a Hunt Group. I had thought that no calls would come to 'line 3' with this set up like this. One of the users says incoming calls are appearing on her line 3. Have I misunderstood the setting, or do I need to 'switch off and on' as only an IT professional can do?
