Restrict internet access

Hi, a teachers workstation in a school lab running win2k pro is the only machine with internet access. How can I restict access to the internet on this machine to only the administator login?

Restrict the permissions on the iexplore.exe so that only the admin ID can run it. Everyone else deny.

Don't forget Windows Explorer!
If you have W2K domain and you don't have ISA you can do it with GPO. Set the proxy server for regular user to 127.0.0.1 and allow only school site. :)
