Hi,

We have two different clients and both need CTI events from Avaya for Call rouing etc..

They are connected to the Same MAPD but have different connections (DLG links)

Is there a way I can restrict the information flow of CTI events to the particular Clients Queue,Agents etc.. and not send him the whole info?

kashnortel,

afaik to monitor agent/vdn/trunk events a cti adjunct must explicitly register a monitor request with the switch. so basically you don't need to do anything, every cti link will stream out events for registered objects only. however, if you want to restrict application's access to specific agents/vdns/trunks you should set the appropriate cor for the cti link.
