Does anyone know of any way to block incoming calls to a certain DiD.

Problem is we have a PRI w/ DiDs. I have two DiDs that are assigned to their fax press. They are getting faxes from certain companies that they don't want.

Thanks

Won't happen through the Magix, but there may be something on the FAX system that would refuse a FAX from a certain ANI. It would probably be a hassle, but what if the FAX DID's were changed, and the companies whose FAXES they WANTED to receive were told, and the other companies were not? What about telling the offending companies not to FAX them?

I've never tried this before, but because an ISDN-PRI is a Centrex-like service from the CO, you may be able to call your service provider and see if they can provide selective call blocking to the DID for the TN's you don't want calling those DID's. This is a feature that is available on regular analog centrex lines, but may or may not be available on an ISDN-PRI. Otherwise, like Pepperz said, just change the fax DID to a different number and then make the DID's in question ring no answer to an adjunct or something so that the invalid destination calls don't go to the operator.
