Restrict extension to extension calls

How do I prevent AGENTS fron transfering calls to an internal extension but allowing transfers to VDNs?

You should have your extens and agent id's setup with a different COR than your VDN's. You then can use Calling Permission on page 4 or your agent assigned COR to allow or disallow calling to those COR's.
