Restrict Distribution List

Hi,
Couple of questions
1) Can you restrict access to a distribution list in Groupwise? If so how?

2) Can you limit the number of email addresses that can be added to an email in groupwise? If so how?

Not sure about #2. Most people bitch when they can't add as many as they want, so there must be a limit..

With number 1, with GroupWise native functionality, I don't think so. With a really cool product called Riva (omni-ts.com), you can setup controls like what you are asking for.
