Hi everyone,

I couldn't find an answer in the forums, so here goes...

My problem is that I have some staff who are EM and voice-recorded, but when they work in 3 of our offices on the same cluster, they can log in, but their calls are not recorded, as the VR on these sites is different to theirs. We're looking at a long-term solution to this, but in the interim, I'd like to prevent them from logging into devices on certain sites.

I was wondering whether there's any way I can set their device profiles to recognise which subnet they're on and allow or deny login accordingly? I don't simply want to prevent them from dialling out, because someone could call in to them, and this would still need to be VR'd...

If anyone can help with this, it would be fantastic.

You can disable EM on the remote site phones so they can't use the EM feature. Of course that will disable EM for any user on the remote sites. I don't think there is any other way.
