Restrict AD users to login to specific computers

I know about LogOn feature under AD user. The issues is that we use RADIUS to authenticate Cisco VPN against AD.
So, the issue is, that if I setup LogOn feature, RADIUS is rejecting VPN connection.
Is there other way to restrict AD users for specific PCs and keep RADIUS happy?
