Restrict Access to All Pages Except One

Is there any way to restrict users access to all but one page of a domain...

Example:

http://www.microsoft.com/en/us/default.aspx

- OK to access

http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/press/2008/aug08/08-04CashbackDealDaysMA.mspx

- NOT OK to access

To do it with all possible web browsers would require this to happen at the firewall/gateway level. If you just want to block it for IE, you might be able to do it with Content Advisor.

Surely some people would have access to the rest of it so restrict by user log in.
