Restoring Windows

that is not possible. you can restore the systemfiles, but only to the last time you changed them. there is a automatic sysbackup. in the directory windows\sysbckup are some *.dll files. just copy them to windows\system and hope it will help. otherwise you'll have to reinstall windows. if you dont find the file set the proerties of the explorer to show all filetypes
