I've been saving some voice mail messages routinely and now when I go into voice mail it says zero saved message. But the phone still displays the message "message waiting".

How do I get those voicemails back?

They are gone for good as soon as you leave your mailbox.
Does your phone have the 3 softkeys under the display window?

You can press feature 65 to see who sent you a message with Feature 1. Press feature #65 to make the msg for you go away.

If you have a NAM and did a full floppy backup recently, you can get what was in your mailbox at the time. You will lose anything since then, if you restore from old backup.

Check with your vendor to see if they did a full backup recently.

We do them twice a year for our clients, just in case.

We have the phones with the 3 buttons under the displays.

We have a floppy drive but I don't know if we have NAM. How do I tell?

Is there any thing like a hard drive in the system that can be pulled out and the data recovered from it?
