Restoring RES 5.2 using License manager 5.4 Keyless

Hello,
Hope someone can help.
I'm restoring a 5.2 setup that was running 5.4MR2 License manager to go keyless. I have 5.4 but not MR2 which introduces the keyless option. Can someone share with me the 5.4MR2 install CD (or the license install)?
