Restoring Public Contact Folder in Exchange

One of my brilliant users tried to upload all of my company contacts from the Public Contacts folder to his Private Contacts folder and corrupted the file. On Backup Exec does anyone know how to identify the file to be restored for the Public Contacts Folder is and the procedure to restore?
