Restoring Outlook 2007

I restored a Outlook 2007 pst file to another hard drive as part of a pc upgrade.

All of the files were there as expected, but the email accounts were not, email address/pop/smtp. These had to be manually entered.

I guess I "assumed" that all of this information would be restored as well.

If I truly wanted to backup and restore Outlook 2007, where is the email account information stored for recovery?
