AIXers,

Heres another challenging question, for me its challenging already..heheh, but i know you guys knows better..
With regards to my previous thread, I have a mirrored rootvg, 2x4Gb and i am creating a mksysb. However, i would like to temporarily restore it with 4Gb disk only, coz this is what my other machine has. :)
Now, is there a way to restore this mirrored mksysb from tape without restoring the mirrored copy? So, that i would only eats up 4Gb of my disk......or viceversa, is there a way to create a mksysb without having the definition of mirrored copies and with out doing anything int he live machine?
Hope you guys get my point? THanks a lot for your help!!
